4. Recent 2 copies photo Size (3.5*4.5) Mat Paper & Background must be white color.
5. Original copy of Ticket (Will be supplied by Travel Holidays).
6. Organizational/ institutional letter head/Leave Letter.
7. Organizations Trade license copy (with Translation & Notary) & Pad.
8. Visiting card.
9. Hotel Invitation letter (Will be supplied by Travel Holidays).
10. If Student then student ID card copy & If Infant then Birth certificate copy.
11. Marriage Certificate (Who is visiting first time after marriage).
12. Coved Certificate.
