Solvency Certificate. Or -150 / more USD endorsement from Reputed Bank.
4. Recent 2 copies of passport size photo (2 X 2) Background must be white color.
5. Electricity Bill Original Copy.
6. Organizational / Institutional letterhead.
7. Organization’s trade license copy (with Translation and notary).
8. Visiting card.
9. National ID card ORIGINAL.
10. Birth Certificate or Student ID card Copy for Child / Infant.
11. Coved Certificate.
